Wash the pig ears and scrape off the dirt and hair on the surface

Blanch, drain, wash and set aside

Prepare onion, ginger, rock sugar and braised food buns

Pour water into the pot, add pig ears, green onions, ginger, rock sugar, braised steamed buns, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer
