Beetroot Bread: I watched a video two days ago, and it said it was a pasta dish for a state banquet. I happened to have beetroot at home, so I was going to try it, but I didn’t have a recipe [smile], so I mixed the ingredients based on my experience. Add eggs, sugar, oil, and baking powder to the flour (when I make bread biscuits, the amount of sugar is halved. If you like it sweet, just double it)

Add beetroot juice and mix well with chopsticks

The dough is very soft and sticky

Grease the cutting board, pour out the dough, and knead it using the folding method

Knead the dough and let it ferment until doubled in size. Take it out, deflate it and roll it into a shape of beef tongue

Put the shaped bread dough into the oven and ferment at 40℃ until doubled in size

I over-baked this one a little, the outer skin was a bit thick, but the inside was still very soft. You can adjust the temperature and time appropriately according to the temperament of your own oven.
