Remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

Tear the enoki mushrooms into small pieces and boil them in water.

Cook for 3 minutes.

Remove, drain and serve on a plate.

Wash and chop green peppers into pieces.

Add the chopped green pepper to the pot and stir-fry.

Add salt and vinegar and stir-fry evenly.

Pour over the enoki mushrooms.

Just mix well when eating.
