Crab Salad
Overview
This is the prize I got for participating in the Children’s Day event, frozen cooked golden crab! Today I cut it into meat and mixed it with salad. It goes well with white bread or toast!

Take out the frozen crabs from the refrigerator and defrost them

Put it into the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, cook and let cool

Soak the ingredients in pure water, and those that are not used up

Break open the crab

First dig out the crab roe, wash the crab bucket and set aside

Take out the crab meat

Take a pot and add chicory and cherry tomatoes

Add crab meat and crab roe

Add Japanese salad dressing

Add some lemon zest

Squeeze some lemon juice

Add freshly ground black pepper

Stir evenly
