Fresh strawberries, rinse and remove stems.

Pour the strawberries into a food processor.

Beat with a hand-held cooking stick.

Pour the beaten strawberry paste into a small milk pot, and put white sugar, rock sugar, and lemon juice into a small milk pot.

Cook over medium-low heat, remember to stir frequently to avoid burning the pot.

Simmer until thickened.

Turn off the heat. Put it in a basin of cold water and let it cool down completely. Glass bottles are sterilized.
