Lotus paste pie
Overview
The lotus seed filling is prepared for moon cakes, and there is some leftover, and the dough pie is also something that my mother-in-law’s family must make every Mid-Autumn Festival. It turns out that my mother-in-law called the sesame candy pie moon cake. Haha. I like pies very much. Just change the fillings. It is easy and quick to make. You can also make more and put them in the refrigerator. Warm up two pieces for breakfast every day, and pair them with a bowl of rice cereal or soy milk. Wouldn't it be nice?
