Braised edamame
Overview
First, clean the two ends of the shelled edamame and cut the corners with scissors to make it easier to taste. Boil the water in the pot, put in the edamame, cover and cook for 1-5 minutes (according to personal taste), put it in a container, add the marinade while it is hot, stir and compact, spread the marinade over the edamame, let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping room to soak for more than an hour, and then it is ready to eat.
