Let’s continue making white radish, O(∩_∩)O haha~~ Not to mention, the pickled shredded white radish is really refreshing, and there is no smell of raw radish at all.... I’ll take some home after get off work, O(∩_∩)O haha~

Steps

  1. Wash the white radish, peel it, and grate it into shreds with a plane. If you have a good knife, you can cut it yourself;

Add salt to the shredded radish, marinate for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water; marinate with sugar for 10 minutes, squeeze out the moisture, then marinate again with sugar to control the moisture. This step is to remove the astringent taste of white radish. If you like this taste, just skip the white sugar pickling. Just add some white sugar when mixing the vegetables later.
