Homemade mooncake filling-bean paste filling

Select and clean the red beans.

No need to soak, just put it directly into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water. (The depth of clear water is about two finger joints).

The cooked red beans are very crispy and slightly cold.

Put into soymilk machine and blend into puree. You can also use a food processor or meat blender.

All mixed red bean paste.

Add oil to the pot, add refried beans, sugar, and stir-fry.

If the bean paste is very thin, just put the spatula in the middle and stir continuously. Be on a low fire.

Add oil each time, allowing the refried beans and oil to blend before adding the next time. When stir-fry until dry, add cooked flour and mix well.
