Cut the ribs into two parts, wash and drain, put a small amount of salt on the surface of the ribs and set aside.

Prepare the sauce: Mash the garlic and ginger into minced garlic and minced ginger respectively, and cut the onion into strips

Prepare the sauce: add minced ginger, minced garlic, and onion into soy sauce, then add in oyster sauce, stir and set aside.

Spread the prepared sauce evenly on the surface of the ribs, pour the excess sauce into the plate, and let the ribs marinate for three hours.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and arrange the ribs evenly. Place the minced garlic on the ribs, spread the sauce on the ribs, preheat the oven, place the ribs in the middle and lower layers, 210 degrees, for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, apply the sauce again, then spread the honey evenly on the ribs, place the onions on the ribs, and continue to put it in the oven at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
