Overview
I saw a dark dish using avocado on FB, so I had an idea and created this dish.

Steps
-
Start by reviewing all the ingredients.
-
Thaw the frozen shrimps, peel and devein them, and drain them with kitchen paper.
-
Use the blade of a knife to pound the shrimp into a puree.
-
Chop it a little more.
-
Transfer the shrimp paste to a small basin, add an appropriate amount of salt and cornstarch, and then beat.
-
When beating until it becomes gluey, you can add some sesame oil and sugar and stir evenly. At this point, the main fillings of the wontons have been completed.
-
Cut the cheese sticks into approximately 5mm pieces.
-
Cut ripe avocado into small pieces.
-
Spread the wonton skin and put 1-2 pieces of avocado on top.
-
Then spread the shrimp paste and cheese sticks one at a time.
-
Finally wrap it into pomegranate shape. If your skin is dry, you can use some water.
-
Let’s enjoy the wrapped wontons.
-
Heat a small pot of oil, then place the wontons vertically and fry until golden brown.
-
After taking it out of the pan, use kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
-
As for the sauce, I used a mixture of Sriracha and mayonnaise this time.
-
Finally, let’s take a look at the finished product.
-
Let’s appreciate the sizzling cheese wontons from another angle.
