Overview

When I was a child, I often spent summer vacations at my grandma's house. Although my grandma didn't have much knowledge, in my memory, she was as magical as Aladdin's lamp, taking me to travel in the ocean of stories. Grandma’s stories seemed to be inexhaustible: folklore, real people, gods, demons and monsters... During those countless summer nights, the cool bed, the cool wind and Grandma’s countless stories became my best enjoyment. Often my grandma would be sweating profusely, and I would listen to the story comfortably and enjoy the cool breeze from the cattail leaf fan. What impressed me most was that my grandmother could grow bean sprouts herself. She would always make some bean sprouts by herself, which were crystal clear and tasted especially delicious. Today I made this simple but flavorful mung bean to commemorate my grandma
