Have all ingredients ready.

Put the quail eggs in the pot and cook, continue to cook for one minute and then simmer for five minutes.

Then pick up the pot and shake it up and down to make it easier to peel off the shell. Peel the quail eggs and set aside.

Wash the peeled quail eggs with water, drain and sprinkle with some flour.
