Overview
When I was a kid, steamed pork vermicelli was a must-have dish at wedding banquets in my hometown. Now, with the continuous improvement of living standards, it is no longer limited to steamed pork, there are also steamed shrimp series, steamed chicken wings, steamed pork ribs and so on. When I go to the supermarket, I always go to the seasoning section and see steamed pork rice noodles for sale. My daughter grabs a pack and says she wants to eat steamed pork noodles. When I came to the fresh meat section, I saw the chicken wings and said I wanted to eat chicken wings, so I made this steamed chicken wings. The steamed chicken wings are soft and waxy on the outside and the meat is fragrant and tender.
