Green Pepper Bacon Pizza
Overview
The mozzarella cheese I bought has been stored in the refrigerator for a long time, and I never thought of eating it. When my child asked me to eat pizza, I suddenly remembered; I just bought some bacon, so let’s make a bacon pizza~~~

Steps
-
Pour the flour, water, oil, and sugar together and knead it into a smooth dough. Let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size
-
While the dough is fermenting, prepare the pizza toppings: these are the cooked corn kernels
-
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into half
-
Slice the bacon and fry it in a pan for a while, it will be more fragrant
-
Cut green peppers and onions and set aside
-
Cut the mozzarella cheese into small pieces
-
Pizza sauce that has been fried in advance, (chop the onions and tomatoes, stir-fry, add some salt, black pepper, and pizza grass)
-
Roll the dough out to the size of a pizza pan, with some excess on the edges and fold upwards
-
Use a fork to make some small holes in the dough
-
Brush with egg wash and let rise for a while. The time should not be too long. Bake for another 10 minutes
-
Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the baked dough
-
Top with fried bacon
-
Cherry tomatoes and corn kernels on top of bacon
-
Finally add green peppers and onion rings and sprinkle with cheese cubes
-
Heat the oven up and down at 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes (you can adjust it according to your own oven temperature). The bottom of the cake is very crispy and the taste is no worse than the outside. Friends can also try it when they have time
