Stir-fried cauliflower
Overview
Years of yoga have developed a vegetarian habit. Stir-fried cauliflower is of course an indispensable delicacy in my diet. Every time I make it, I can eat a whole plate by myself. It is less oily, less salty, crispy and has the sweetness of cauliflower. I share it with those who like it.
