Soft fried oyster mushrooms
Overview
Oyster mushrooms are the cheapest mushrooms in our people’s vegetable baskets. They can be used in stir-fries, soups and stuffings. That day, I thought that fried oyster mushrooms must be delicious too. Once I tried it, it was really delicious. The soft and tender oyster mushrooms filled my mouth with fragrance.

Ingredients: oyster mushrooms, eggs, flour, baking soda, custard powder, salt

Tear the large oyster mushrooms in half, wash them and dry them on a plate. Try to dry out the moisture in the oyster mushrooms.

Add custard powder and baking soda to the flour, mix, and then add the eggs.

Add water little by little and mix the flour into a batter. It will be so thick that the batter will slowly drip when you pick it up with chopsticks.

Dip the dried oyster mushrooms into the batter.

Put the oyster mushrooms dipped in batter into the pot. The oil temperature should be 50-60% hot. Fry until golden brown and ready to serve.
