Oyster mushrooms are the cheapest mushrooms in our people’s vegetable baskets. They can be used in stir-fries, soups and stuffings.   2. Tear the large oyster mushrooms in half, wash them and dry them on a plate. Try to dry out the moisture in the oyster mushrooms.
