When I was a kid, I had wanted to learn how to make these snacks that could only be eaten during the Chinese New Year

  1. Prepare the ingredients. I roast the peanuts in the oven at 120 for 20 minutes, let them cool and remove the skins.

  2. Pour the butter into the pot over low heat and slowly melt it.

  3. When the butter is melted, stir in the marshmallows.

  4. After the marshmallows are basically melted, quickly pour in the milk powder and stir. Stir evenly and quickly pour in the peanuts and stir (low heat throughout).

  5. After mixing, pour it into a grinder (you can also use a plate that is not too deep) and press it tightly.

  6. Let it cool slightly and then cut it into 2cm*3cm strips.
