Overview
The instant oatmeal you buy in the supermarket has milk powder in it and tastes very good. I like the smooth texture of the oatmeal, and it also feels good when baked into a crispy biscuit

For instant oats, I used cashew nuts, which are crispier

Melt 100g butter in water

Add flour and mix well

Mix well and add sugar, oatmeal, and chopped dried fruits

I didn't add any eggs because I prefer the looser feel of the biscuits. If you like them crispier, just add an egg in the fourth step.
