Cut the melon, carrots and onions into small cubes.

Batter: Mix flour, diced vegetables, about 150ml of water, salt and pepper, and stir evenly. (Amount of two cakes)

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, turn on medium-low heat, when the oil is hot, pour half of the batter and spread it evenly.

When most of the batter slowly changes color and solidifies, you can turn it over and continue to fry the other side until both sides are golden brown, and then take it out of the pan.
