Cumin-fried chicken hearts
Overview
My husband loves chicken hearts, especially the barbecue ones. In this season, although the streets are full of barbecue stalls, I don't allow him to eat barbecue outside often, because it is not hygienic, and eating barbecue often is not good for the body! But since my husband likes this taste, I have to find a way to make it for him at home. Fortunately, cumin-fried chicken hearts taste almost like barbecue, and it’s also easy to make!
