Simple bread making

Overview

I love to eat bread, but the ones bought from outside always say they have preservatives, so it’s better to make your own bread for peace of mind. When I first got rid of the bread machine, I just made one-touch bread. Gradually I found that making it by hand was better. Of course, the premise is that you have to work hard. This bread is actually between the medium method and the direct method. You make the dough the night before and go home from get off work the next afternoon to make it. You no longer have to stay up late waiting for the bread machine to finish. The finished product is very soft, and after it cools down, it’s perfect for slicing for another day’s breakfast!

Steps

  1. I don't have a larger pot, so I use my small rice cooker to make the best use of everything, which saves trouble and is convenient. Add milk, eggs, yeast, flour, salt, sugar, and corn oil in order. Since there is no butter, I just put in corn oil.

  2. After mixing well, put it on a chopping board and start kneading the dough by hand. In fact, it is quite good to knead the dough by hand and feel the dough stretch little by little. Also, you can lose weight too! Haha

  3. The dough is very sticky at first, but gradually becomes smooth. I kneaded it for more than half an hour until it was like a glove film. Is this okay?
