Soak the pickles.

Rinse the bacon in water, slice into slices and place on a plate.

Heat the pot, add the pickled vegetables, stir-fry the water, and add chili powder. The bacon is salty, so don’t add salt.

Pour the plum vegetables on top of the bacon and steam in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

Remove from the pan, turn the plate upside down and turn it over.
