  1. Prepare the ingredients

  2. Bring the water to a boil, add a small amount of salt, and add the pasta

  3. Remove the heads and shells of the shrimps and pick out the sand string. Add a small amount of cooking wine, salt and corn starch and knead them evenly and set aside

  4. Blanch the vegetable cubes, onions, garlic, and tomatoes

  9. Pour in the cooked pasta and stir-fry until the pasta is coated with tomato juice and stir-fry evenly.
