How to cook Croquette at home

Wash, peel and steam the potatoes, mash them into puree; dice sausages and onions.
Put oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add onions and sauté
Add sausage and mix well.
Add salt, add mashed potatoes, stir evenly and turn off the heat.
Serve mashed potatoes.
Prepare egg liquid and starch.
Shape the mashed potatoes into a ball and roll in starch.
After coating in starch one by one, prepare the oil pan and start heating the oil.
After the oil is hot, wrap in egg liquid one by one and put in the oil pan.
Fry until golden brown and serve.
