Soak in cold water for about 10 minutes; soak in a large bowl of seaweed, shredded ginger, coriander, green onion and winter vegetables, wash off the salt and set aside

Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add shredded ginger and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the soaked seaweed, boil over high heat for about two minutes. Add beef balls (no additives, no preservatives), continue to boil over high heat for a few minutes

Cook until the beef balls float to the surface, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and remove from the pot, then add chopped green onion and coriander.
