Heat water and ginger in a wok. Rinse the beef ribs (the beef ribs need help from the stall owner to cut them into pieces)

After boiling water, put the beef ribs into the water for about 5 minutes.

Peel and chop yams and carrots quickly. Wash and remove the pits from the red dates. Prepare 2 pieces of ginger slices.
