The main ingredients are ready

Cut onions, carrots and potatoes into small cubes, blanch peas in water

Ginger and garlic slices

Peel and devein fresh shrimps

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat it up and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant

Then add the shrimp and stir-fry

When the shrimp changes color, add onions, carrots, diced potatoes and peas and stir-fry

Then add a bowl of water (covering the ingredients) and bring to a boil, then cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes

Put curry cubes

Still using the lowest heat, stir slowly with a spatula until the curry cubes are completely melted

Add udon and cook until udon becomes soft
