Carrot and bean dregs cake
Overview
How do you deal with the bean dregs after squeezing the soy milk? Throwing it away is a bit wasteful. In fact, you can try this carrot cake, which is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is nutritious and delicious.

Pour into a measuring cup the yellow-skinned soybeans purchased at Youpin.com. (Organic) Soak overnight.

The pressed soy milk the next day. (Omit the step of pressing soy milk and leave it to the soy milk machine)

Prepare filtered bean dregs, carrots, green peppers, eggs and other raw materials

Grate the carrots into shreds, (put them directly into the basin) and cut the green pepper into small dices

Put the chopped green pepper and filtered bean dregs into a basin, beat an egg and put it into the basin

Stir everything evenly.

Pour in flour

Add water and mix well. The mixed batter is as shown in the picture.

Heat the pot and add oil
