Cold edamame
Overview
In summer, while ensuring hygiene, you can make more cold dishes to cool down and relieve the heat. It's best not to eat popsicles, cold drinks, and ice cream. Cut both ends of the edamame with scissors and wash them clean.

Boil the water, add the edamame and one star anise, and cook for five minutes.
