Creamy corn tortillas
Overview
My sister brought me a big bag of cornmeal, which my brother-in-law bought. I put it in the refrigerator for fear of spoilage. I happened to make some corncakes for breakfast in the morning. I added milk and flour, and it tasted rich and milky. It is also beneficial to eat some cereals regularly.

Mix cornmeal and white flour

After the milk is warm, add sugar, add yeast powder and melt it

Add the mixed flour and mix well with chopsticks

Put it in a warm place to ferment. Wait until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter, indicating that it is fermented

Heat the pan and add a thin layer of cooking oil. Use a soup ladle to scoop out the fermented batter and pour it into the pan. Use the back of the spoon to gently push it around to make it form a round shape

When one side is golden brown, flip and fry the other side until both sides are golden brown
