Pour the milk directly into the bread machine,

Add sugar, then flour,

Make a small groove in the top of the flour and put the yeast into the flour groove.

Finally add the oats.

The bread machine selects the dough mixing program and allows it to ferment at rest.

When the dough has fermented until it has doubled in size, stick flour with your fingers to poke a hole in the dough. If it does not shrink back, it means it is fermented.

Take out the dough and knead to deflate the dough, about ten minutes

Roll the dough into a long strip and cut into sixteen portions

Line with oiled paper, place in a steamer, cover the pot, and let rise for 20 minutes

Steam over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes
