Taste of Spring + Chives and Egg Box
Overview
Now that the very fresh leeks have arrived, let’s make a leek box. We still have spinach at home, but my family doesn’t like to eat spinach, so squeeze the spinach juice and mix it into noodles to increase the gluten and add some color. The greenery will taste like spring in your mouth!
