Overview

Many gourmets describe shrimps as golden hooks. Firstly, they are golden in color, and secondly, they are curved like a hook. It is often included in dishes, usually with seasonings and ingredients. This time I also learned it from "Daily Diet". I was afraid that the taste would not be strong and fresh enough, so I added dried scallops to make the taste richer.

  1. Soak the dried shrimps and dried scallops in water overnight;

  2. Remove the tendons from the celery, cut into strips, marinate with salt for about 20 minutes, rinse with cold boiling water, and place on a plate;

  3. Strain the water from the shrimp and scallops, then tear the shrimp and scallop meat into shreds;

  4. Put the dried shrimps and shredded scallops into a small pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, and stir-fry away the water;

  5. Add a little sesame oil and test whether it is salty enough. If it is too bland, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly. Then spread it on the surface of the celery and mix evenly when eating.
