Wash and cut soft silk into sections.

Remove celery leaves, wash and cut into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, add squid tentacles and stir-fry over high heat for 10 seconds.

Then change to medium heat, add celery, dried chili pepper, green onion and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add salt to taste. Stir-fry a few times and serve.

Serve on a platter.
