Delicious beef tendon
Overview
Beef tendon is my child’s favorite snack and I always go to the supermarket to buy it. Even though it was so spicy that I drank water, I still couldn't hold back my mouth. But the take-out ones looked good in color but had too many additives. I tried to make them myself, and they tasted really good. The kids like it very much. And I don’t put too much chili. I use chili noodles with less spiciness, which is more suitable for children.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Beef tendons are first cooked and pressed in a pressure cooker for half an hour. Take out and let cool.
-
Chili powder, sesame seeds and cumin are ready. I grind the chili powder myself using a food processor.
-
Place cumin and sesame seeds in the dry grinding cup of a food processor and grind into powder.
-
Keep the chili powder, cumin, sesame powder, salt, and sugar.
-
Pour in about a bowl of boiling water and mix the ingredients evenly.
-
Let the beef ribs cool and cut into thin slices with a razor blade.
-
Add to the mixed seasoning. Mix well and serve. It tastes better when eaten half an hour later.
