A piece of yellow-finned fish, clean it and set aside!

Add 1:2 ratio of light soy sauce and water to the pot (one part soy sauce and two parts water).

Boil the soy sauce water and add the yellowfin fish! Cook for 5-8 minutes. The soy sauce water should basically cover the fish. If the fish has not been changed, cook it for a while and turn it over again!

Use chopsticks to pierce the thickest part of the fish. If it penetrates easily, it means the fish is cooked! Serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and pour on soy sauce!

It can be paired with porridge or dry rice! Simple and easy to make!
