Steps
-
Wash the strawberries, (I have already washed them and sprinkled some salt and flour in the water, which will make them easy to wash.)
-
White sugar
-
Remove stems from strawberries.
-
Place the washed strawberries with stems removed into a crisper, sprinkle with sugar, cover, shake a few times, and marinate for 1 hour. (It may be that the strawberries are not ripe enough, and a little moisture has been released after marinating for an hour)
-
Pour the pickled strawberries into the mixing cup and stir evenly. (Stir as much as you like)
-
Pour the stirred liquid into a non-stick pan,
-
Bring to a boil over low heat. While simmering over low heat, stir constantly.
-
Observe the viscosity while stirring until the sauce becomes thick and large droplets slide down.
-
Pour into a crisper that has been scalded with boiling water, seal well, and store in the refrigerator.
-
Store refrigerated and consume within a week
