Mashed potatoes
Overview
I was having dinner with my aunt during the National Day this year. I heard from my aunt that this is a dish that my aunt must make every time we get together at home. I stole it from the side and cooked it at home on the last day of the National Day holiday. It was very good!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the potatoes and peel them.
-
Cut the peeled potatoes into slices.
-
Steam the sliced potatoes in a steamer.
-
Steam until soft. The color of the steamed potatoes will become slightly darker. Only when the potatoes are soft can they be pressed into mashed potatoes.
-
Use a knife to scrape the steamed mashed potatoes into a puree.
-
Place the mashed potatoes into a bowl and set aside.
-
At this time, heat the pot and pour cooking oil into the hot pot (I advocate using less oil, so just use a little oil to moisten the pot). Now that the oil is hot, pour the mashed potatoes into the pot and stir-fry. If you feel that the mashed potatoes are too dry, you can add an appropriate amount of water. The viscosity is still up to you to control!

I added water, otherwise it would be difficult to stir-fry. Be sure to stir fry constantly, otherwise the mashed potatoes will easily burn in the pot!
