Steamed Milk Poria Cake
Overview
Poria steamed cake is highly praised. Turn water into milk again. There is no faster way to do it. Put a pot of water on the fire, and it takes less than fifteen minutes to mix the batter and fill the mold, just as the water is boiling into the pot. The steam steamed for about fifteen minutes. The batter swells up like a miniature orogen, unable to hold its surface and cracking. Finally, the flowers blossom and take shape, the dust settles, and the pot is ready. . . Slightly sweet but not greasy, soft and elastic. . .
