The best way to eat eggs is steaming or boiling, so spring eggs should be cooked this way, not braised, fried or fried. It is simpler than poached eggs and more nutritious than fried eggs.

Prepare 5 fresh eggs, the quantity will be determined according to the number of people. Adults can eat one or two eggs for breakfast.

Finally, pour in an appropriate amount of soybean oil. If you don’t have soybean oil, you can use vegetable oil. The color steamed with soybean oil will be more beautiful and the taste will be more fragrant.
