Add 100 grams of milk and mix well.

Add another half spoonful of sugar and continue stirring, stirring constantly.

For the third time, add half a spoonful of sugar and continue to stir until the cream becomes creamy and sticks to the chopsticks without falling off. This step was very painful, because I didn’t have a whisk at school and it was even more painful to stir with chopsticks.
-
Put half of the beaten egg white into the egg yolk batter.
-
Mix evenly up and down without making circles.
-
Pour the remaining half of the egg white into the egg yolk batter and continue to mix evenly.
-
until fully incorporated.
-
Apply a layer of oil to the inner pot of the rice cooker. There must be a layer of oil left at the bottom of the pot after applying it. Then press the cooking button, and after 2 minutes jump to the keep warm button to take out the inner pot.
-
Pour the mixed batter into the rice cooker and shake it on the ground a few times to pop out any bubbles.
-
Press the cook button on the rice cooker for 2 minutes, then jump to the keep warm button to simmer for 20 minutes. Remember to cover the air outlet of the rice cooker with a wet towel. Press the cook button again to cook for 2 minutes, then jump to the keep warm button to continue simmering for 20 minutes.

It’s done. It’s fluffy and delicious. It’s the first time I’ve made cakes at school and I can’t do it without a rice cooker. Haha.
