Vermicelli version of braised beans noodles
Overview
I think braised beans and noodles are a very suitable dish for summer. Of course, different people have different tastes. If you don't like beans, you can choose other dishes. Because the beans in my vegetable garden had just grown a few, I put some potatoes in. The beans were very tender and the potatoes were very floury, so they tasted really good!

Heat oil in a pan, add meat and stir-fry until golden brown, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add the potato strips first and stir-fry for a while. Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder and a spoonful of salt.

Pour in the beans, pour a large soup bowl of water, bring to a boil and pour half of the soup into the bowl.

Add noodles and pour the soup into the pot again.

Cover the pot and simmer for about five minutes before the soup is gone.
