Stir-fried green peppers with tendons
Overview
The tendons in beef are very popular, and both stewed potatoes and stewed radishes are very popular. It is also a common dish on the table in my house. This time I cooked the tendon in advance, stir-fried it with green peppers, and seasoned it with cumin. It was very delicious and suitable for children to eat.
