Leek, egg and shrimp dumplings
Overview
Preparation materials: leeks, eggs, dried shrimps, dumpling wrappers, oil, salt, MSG Steps: 1. Wash and chop the leeks and put them in a bowl for later use. 2. Pour oil into the pot, fry the eggs and pour into the leek bowl. 3. Put an appropriate amount of dried shrimps in the bowl, add salad oil, salt, and MSG and mix well (if you are afraid of the bad taste, you can taste it first) 4. Place a little of the mixture in the middle of the dumpling skin, and wrap the dumplings first in the middle and then on both sides. Remember to pinch the edges firmly. If the dumpling skin is not sticky, you can dip your hands into a little water and apply it to the edge of the inner skin. 5. After the water in the pot boils, add the wrapped dumplings. After the water boils again, add a little cold water until all the dumplings float, then you can plate it and enjoy!
