Jujube steamed buns
Overview
I have loved eating pasta since I was a child. I made dumplings for my mother in the sixth grade of elementary school. My mother was very happy at the time! It’s been almost six years since I started cooking alone after I got married. I really like cooking😄Everyone said that my hobby is very good, haha! My son also likes jujube steamed buns. I have an idea for another day. I will share it with everyone when I make it successfully! If we don’t deliver goods every day, it would take a lot of time to pick up the children and supervise the children’s studies! I really want to share some of my cooking experiences and keep learning and growing! This jujube steamed bun has a good taste and is very sweet without adding sugar. It is suitable for children and the elderly. I think it is easy to absorb!

To join the noodles, I used a bread machine to join them! The ratio is 100 grams of water and 150 grams of flour. This time it was 200 grams of water + 330 grams of flour + 4 grams of yeast and it took 1.5 hours to rise!
-
I chose Hotan jujubes, which have the thickest meat. Since they are bought whole, they will dry out after eating for a long time, so I wash them with water in advance and soak them before cutting!
-
Mince the jujubes in a meat filling machine! I’ve done it without cutting it with a kitchen knife!
-
Add the jujube paste into the dough and knead evenly!
-
Kneaded dough!
-
Divide into small portions
-
Search into round steamed buns! I like this shape, not the knife-cut ones!
-
If there is no drawer cloth or any paper on the curtain, it will all stick! Wipe the curtain clean and apply a layer of soybean oil. You can’t taste it! Don’t overdo it, just use a brush with oil and apply it!
-
Let the pot boil for 15 minutes, and watch the mouth-watering jujube steamed buns come out of the pot! The noodles are fragrant with the aroma of jujubes, and you can eat three or four of them without eating vegetables!

Take an empty basin, pick it out and fasten it, and make eight-treasure porridge and jujube steamed buns for breakfast tomorrow! Full of nutrition! I’m also making rice pudding, and I have all the kitchen utensils at home, haha😜
