Boil the eggs and peel them.

Add cooking wine and ginger to the pork bones and blanch them in water, then wash off the foam.

Slice carrots and garlic and set aside.

Add dried chili pepper, ginger and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the pork bones are colored.

Add eggs and stir-fry evenly.

Pour everything into the pressure cooker, add water to cover the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and continue to pressure for 7-8 minutes.

After reducing the pressure, pour it into the wok and bring to a boil. Add garlic and carrots and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Season to taste.
