Egg fried steamed buns

Overview

Relatives held a wedding banquet and gave them a festive steamed bun. It was delicious when steamed. Today I will try something different and have a fried egg steamed bun for breakfast 😄

1. 1 Prepare steamed buns and eggs.

   

2. 2 Beat the eggs with a little salt and water and mix well.

   

3. 3 Steamed bun slices

   

4. 4 Coat the steamed bun slices with egg wash

   

5. 5 Heat a pan and add an appropriate amount of oil

   

6. 6 Add the steamed bun slices coated in egg wash and fry slowly over low heat

   

7. 7 Flip and fry on both sides until golden brown

   

8. 8 Put on a plate, fried egg and steamed bun slices
