Cut the chicken legs into pieces and marinate them with seasonings for 15 minutes. Chop the ginger, shallots, and garlic into pieces. Cut the green onions and coriander into sections

Take a casserole, add some peanut oil, heat it up, add the shallots and garlic, and stir out the aroma

Saute the next half of the ginger until fragrant

Add marinated chicken

Fry the chicken over low heat until fragrant

Fry the chicken until it changes color on both sides

Leave the remaining ginger grains

Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid burning the pot

When the chicken is fully cooked and slightly fragrant, add onion and coriander segments
