Refreshing pickled pork shreds
Overview
The first time I ate this version of mustard pork shreds was when I was still at work. Some colleagues made an appointment at noon and ordered takeout to eat in the conference room. Suddenly I remember feeling a little nostalgic~

Prepare the ingredients, shred the lettuce, shred the tenderloin and mix with starch cooking wine

Heat the wok and pour in appropriate amount of oil
